TRUCK LETTERING, WRAP DESIGN + PRINT.
GRAPHIC DESIGN FOR OMAHA TRADES.

Truck lettering, wrap design and print, from your brand files. Wrap design $250 per vehicle, the same vehicle again free; install quoted by the shop.

FULL WRAP DESIGN $250PRINT-READY FILESINSTALL BY A LOCAL WRAP SHOP

Your truck is on the road all day, parked at jobs, sitting in driveways in Papillion. It's the most-seen thing the business owns, and most trade trucks around Omaha carry a phone number in a font the vinyl shop picked. Graphic design here means the truck first, then everything else that gets printed, all from the same brand files.

Truck lettering and wrap design

  • Door and tailgate lettering: the name, the trade, the phone, and the license line where your trade requires one
  • Partial wraps: the rear and the sides, laid out around the panels so nothing important lands on a seam
  • Full wrap design, drawn on the template for your exact make and model: all four sides, three proofs to pick from, and one free revision after delivery
  • Print-ready files per vehicle, with the color spec and a proof you sign off on
  • Trailers, vans and the second truck matched to the first

Designed here, installed by a wrap shop

We design the graphics and hand over print-ready files. The printing and the install are quoted separately by a local wrap shop, and if you already use one we build to their spec and send the files straight to them. A full wrap design is $250 per vehicle, in vector files any wrap shop can print, and a fleet of the same vehicle shares one design at no extra charge. Lettering and partial wraps are priced per vehicle: send a photo of the truck and you get a number back.

Print

Everything that gets printed is designed from the same kit, so the card matches the truck and the truck matches the website. The design is a flat fee for each piece, set by how much goes on it, and the files are yours for any printer.

  • $50: business cards, the review card that rides in the truck, stickers, truck magnets for the pickup that's also the family car, yard signs for the job, and the logo laid out on a shirt for the embroiderer or the screen printer
  • $75: flyers, postcards for the mail, door hangers for the street you're working on, and a banner for the fence or the booth
  • $150: a menu for the food truck window

Printing it, if you want us to

We can have it printed and shipped to you. The printing costs what it would cost you to order the same thing online yourself, plus sales tax, so going through us never costs more than doing it yourself. The quantity, the size and the paper change what the printing costs; they don't change the design fee. The price comes with the proof, and nothing prints until you sign off on it. Reorders are the printing alone, since the design is already done.

Packaging, labels and shop signs

A box or a label has a dieline and a product list, and a shop sign has a wall, so the design is priced from what you send: the products, or a photo of the storefront with a rough size. The printing works the same way as the rest. The packaging in THE WORK is the kind of thing we mean, a line of boxes, jars and pouches that reads as one brand on the shelf.

Why it's designed with the brand

A sign shop lays out what you bring in. If you bring in a JPEG of the logo, it goes on the truck as a JPEG, soft edges and all, and the phone number goes in whatever font is loaded. When the graphics are designed with the logo, the lettering uses the same typeface, the same one-color version that cuts clean in vinyl, and the same layout rules as the card in your pocket. The customer sees one business.

What a truck has to say

From twenty feet, in the time it takes to drive past: what you do, your name, and how to reach you. Everything else is smaller. The trade goes bigger than the name if the name doesn't say it. The phone number goes on the tailgate, where the car behind you reads it. If the website address is short, it goes on too. A QR code doesn't get scanned from a moving lane.

What to send

A photo of each side of the truck in daylight, the make, model and year, your logo files, and what you want it to say. If you don't have a logo yet, the lettering starts with Spark, because the truck is where the logo goes first.

PRINT DESIGN IS $50, $75 OR $150 A PIECE; PRINTING AT WHAT IT COSTS TO ORDER IT YOURSELF. A FULL WRAP DESIGN IS $250 PER VEHICLE; MORE OF THE SAME VEHICLE IS FREE. LETTERING AND PARTIAL WRAPS ARE QUOTED PER VEHICLE. PRINT AND INSTALL ARE QUOTED SEPARATELY BY A LOCAL WRAP SHOP.

ASKED A LOT.

DO YOU INSTALL WRAPS?
No. We design the wrap or the lettering to match the rest of the brand and hand you print-ready files, per vehicle. A full wrap design is $250 per vehicle, with three proofs to pick from and one free revision after delivery. More of the same vehicle share that design at no extra charge. A local wrap shop quotes the print and the install separately. If you already use one, we build to their spec.
CAN YOU GET MY CARDS AND FLYERS PRINTED TOO?
Yes, if you want us to. The design is $50, $75 or $150 a piece, depending on what it is. The printing costs what it would cost you to order it online yourself, plus sales tax, and it ships to you. You see the price with the proof and nothing prints until you approve it. Reorders are just the printing.
CAN YOU JUST FIX THE LOGO I HAVE?
Yes. A logo refresh is $75. If it can't be saved, a new logo is Spark at $150. Send it in and we'll tell you which one it needs.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO GIVE YOU?
The business name, your trade, a photo of the truck, whatever logo you have, and the words you want on the site if you'd rather write them yourself. We write the rest from what you send.
